At Pop, there’s something for everyone. We focus on fun, not pretension when it comes to our playlist and our menu. Designed for fizz fanatics and new kids on the block alike, our ever-expanding list spans more than 100 bottles of champagne, pet-nats, sparkling rosés and more.

We love to riff on the classics like champagne & caviar bumps on house-made “Doritos,” burgers & fries and tater tots. As a nod to our midwestern roots, you’ll also find Detroit-style pizza and spiked sodas (or what we in the midwest affectionately call “pop”). Anything crispy, fatty, buttery or otherwise indulgent goes.
